For the last 6 years, Alex has tirelessly worked with me and supported me, she has got my body fit, reduced my weight from 80kg to 55kg and continually works on my balance and memory functions during our PT sessions. I consider Alex a very close friend who has helped me to achieve a level of recovery that I could not have done without her. I would thoroughly recommend Alex to anyone because of her knowledge, understanding and dedication to seeing people reach their full potential.
