Our Bootcamps help Kids work together as a team to accomplish a common goal. Having fun is found in the growing friendships they make while completing physical challenges. They all succeed as a team as they encourage each other to do their best.
Kids Bootcamps emphasise ‘full body workouts’ that get the heart pumping and stimulates their metabolism. There’s an emphasis on correct form and technique for safety, and every child is encouraged to work at their own fitness level while being motivated to push themselves to new fitness levels.
We believe that keeping fit and healthy can be easily slotted into a busy schedule – that’s why all of our classes run for 45 minutes, giving you plenty of time and flexibility.
We love keeping our Timetable fresh and full of variety for you! It’s reviewed and updated on a regular basis with your suggestions, feedback and convenience in mind.
